A stopwatch is an essential for any sporting event.  In reality, the event can’t go on if you do not have a stopwatch and that’s the reason why it is so vital to choose the right model.  Many think it is going to be an easy task, as there’s only 1 kind of stopwatch, but this isn’t true by a long shot!  There are many different models with different functions and you have to know which you need for your intended purpose.  One event that would like a stopwatch is swimming, as the lap times need to exactingly be timed.  Not only do you need a watch to maintain a record of all of the laps of the contest but you also need a water-proof model.
