Those Who Think They Can’t Lose Weight, Time For A Rethink

Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.

I used to firmly believe I can’t lose weight and would always be overweight. But, I was proven wrong in the end.

I used to go up and down like a lift with my weight. It was mostly ups though. I was then hit by a sudden illness, age onset diabetes.

I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.

I was now diabetic and I was only twenty seven years old. How the hell did I get old peoples diabetes?

Time to do something about my weight properly this time. No half hearted attempts to lose a few pounds. I had to change my way of thinking on this one.

I had tried most diets and dieting gimmicks that came out over the years. Cripes some of them cost a fortune. I look back and am ashamed to admit just how much I wasted on crap diets.

I ended up using a step by step system that allows me to plan ahead. I can plan my meals and thankfully I don’t have to ration them.

My system has an online diet generator that really takes the stress out of planning my meals. What’s worse than trying to work out just what you can and can’t eat safely?

I was a chocolate victim. I ate far too much of it which is probably my number one reason for being overweight. Because of the diabetes the chocolate stopped overnight. To be honest I hardly miss it now.

It might be time for you to take a fresh look at things. If you’re anything like I used to be and think you can’t lose weight, now is the time start believing you can.

Make the decision and you will not regret it. In the future you can look back and probably be embarrassed at how you believed you can’t lose weight.

I’m a bit of an obsessive and I like to tick the boxes every day to know I’m doing the right things. If you are like me and like a system to follow then you could do worse than following in my footsteps.

Can’t lose weight? Join the club, there’s an awful lot of members.It’s time to think again if you believe you can’t lose weight.A system with step by step daily tasks is all you need to start losing weight.

Two simple rules to losing weight are exercise more while eating less.The problem with those two sentences is they don’t go into the specifics.We need a system, something we can follow to the letter every day.

With a proven weight loss system, things start to get easier for us.We can be certain we are doing it right every day because we are following the system.On our own we don’t follow rules and stray from what we should do.

When we try to go it alone we end up getting nowhere fast. Usually worse than when we started.With a daily set of steps or rules we can follow we have the ability to know 100% we are doing it right.A daily task list becomes second nature as you follow and tick off the things you need to do.

Following a proven system every day should result in the goal that you seek, that’s long term weight loss.Doing this (following rules) every day is probably the hardest part.We can help ourselves though by recognising some of the reasons why we might fail.

If we can teach ourselves about a subject, pretty soon that subject becomes much easier to us.Weight loss is no different. If you can’t lose weight then you may simply be lacking the correct knowledge.Here are a handful of reasons that may be why you can’t lose weight; you may be surprised at some.

Don’t be too hard, or too easy on yourselfIf you’ve set out to lose weight with a system, be prepared to follow through. If it says 20 sit ups then do 20 sit ups. On the same subject don’t over do it though. Last thing you want is to hurt yourself. Just stick to the system, no more no less.

Water water everywhere. We all know lack of water can quickly kill you, we should be aware that too much water can also kill. It’s still important to drink plenty when on a weight loss regime, but it’s far more important to get the balance right. You should not drink too much that you feel bloated, this will be no good. I like to drink little and often, it works for me. It might work for you also.

Motivation, it’s as important as the air you breathe. What more do you need to keep you motivated than the image of a slimmer, almost perfect you. You will be fitter. You’ll feel far better with your self image. You’ll be brimming with rediscovered confidence. Oh, and you may get more sex! What other reason do you need?

Are you eating enough? An odd one but eating too little causes your body to go into starvation mode and actually store fat. Your body doesn’t know where its next meal is coming from so hoards the food it does get. Then any normal meals you eat are also stored as your body is now confused.

There are a lot of reasons you might think you can’t lose weight.Get hold of a system that you can follow every day and you will see huge benefits.You increase your chances of getting to where you want to be with a step by step system.

Fitness is the essence of a man. Overall fitness must be the main goal every man must try to achieve. When it comes to fitness, no one is ever too young or too old for improvement. One’s fitness can be improved by ngaging in aerobic exercises and through strength training. There are 3 components of overall fitness that every man must focus on working out in order to be in healthy, tip-top shape. Staying strong by building muscles. Man’s fitness regimen should include a work out routine which aims to build the muscles. Always keep the three important macronutreints in the diet; these are carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Prioritize proteins though over carbohydrates but never exclude any one of the three on some fad diet.

Some tips in keeping a man’s fitness level high, efficient and safe:

1.) Drink quite a lot of water all through out the day, especially when working out.

2.) Do exercises properly using the correct techniques, whether it's weight lifting or aerobic exercises. Always understand and read, and follow of course, the instructions outlined by the personal trainer.

3.) Make sure the is always a spotter present when lifting weights.

4.) Challenge the muscles, but make sure that it's kept safe.

5.) Warm up and Stretch prior to working out and cool-down gradually after sessions.

6.) Before using them, check the safety of the equipment before using them.

7.) Rather than over do the whole thing It is better to do less. Overtraining will exhaust enthusiasm and destroy performance.

Muscle building diet program

The most important part of your routine is to eat properly!

You hear it time and time again. Many people know that its much harder to stick to the right diet plan than it is to stick to the gym sessions. I know this, because I have been in your position. It wasnt until I turned the advice into action that I actually put on weight and size.

One of the most common diet mis statements that people make, is they think you have to eat almost all protien and little else in order to get massive. Always be wary of this type of advice!

What you ideally want to do, is balance the protien intake at times of the day when your metabolism is ready to injest the protien. For best results, you want to ‘wake’ your body up by taking in foods that prop up the muscle and intestinal system.

A great idea for breakfast, is to take in complex carbohydrates and fibre. Porridge, wholegrain toast and olive oil spreads are ideal. Fruits give vitamens and fibre is irreplacable for a healthy digestive system, and ensure the stomach is ready for the protien kick you will unleash on it later on.

Try a shake in the morning but save the harder to digest protiens for the afternoon, such as meats or beef/steak.

By about 10am ish, the body will be ready for its next hit. Now is when something like brown rice and brocolli or perhaps a tub of cottage cheese (250g) is just what your after. If your having a desire for a sweet, a low sugar yoghurt is a good feed, with some berries and wholemeal bread.
