Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.
I used to firmly believe I can’t lose weight and would always be overweight. But, I was proven wrong in the end.
I used to go up and down like a lift with my weight. It was mostly ups though. I was then hit by a sudden illness, age onset diabetes.
I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.
I was now diabetic and I was only twenty seven years old. How the hell did I get old peoples diabetes?
Time to do something about my weight properly this time. No half hearted attempts to lose a few pounds. I had to change my way of thinking on this one.
I had tried most diets and dieting gimmicks that came out over the years. Cripes some of them cost a fortune. I look back and am ashamed to admit just how much I wasted on crap diets.
I ended up using a step by step system that allows me to plan ahead. I can plan my meals and thankfully I don’t have to ration them.
My system has an online diet generator that really takes the stress out of planning my meals. What’s worse than trying to work out just what you can and can’t eat safely?
I was a chocolate victim. I ate far too much of it which is probably my number one reason for being overweight. Because of the diabetes the chocolate stopped overnight. To be honest I hardly miss it now.
It might be time for you to take a fresh look at things. If you’re anything like I used to be and think you can’t lose weight, now is the time start believing you can.
Make the decision and you will not regret it. In the future you can look back and probably be embarrassed at how you believed you can’t lose weight.

Are you eating enough? An odd one but eating too little causes your body to go into starvation mode and actually store fat. Your body doesn’t know where its next meal is coming from so hoards the food it does get. Then any normal meals you eat are also stored as your body is now confused.
