<p> There are a lot of fake weight loss experts roaming around out there. But once you meet with them, you realize they are fat and unhealthy and just trying to make some extra cash. Most of them do not possess any knowledge of fitness and do not know how to teach the people looking for their assistance.</p>
<p> When I checked him out, I found that he was a noted bodybuilding expert and weight reduction coach. I have no idea if this personal trainer is trained or educated, but the pictures show what he can do.</p>
<p> Clearly the visual photos were concrete evidence to prove he was actually out there doing it and not just talking about losing weight.</p>
<p> This thing has quite the buzz going on about about, and also has cases of what seem to be excellent results. Especially when you&#8217;re talking about weight loss the most powerful evidence which allows someone to convince themselves the diet or workout system works are before and after photos of actual customers who&#8217;ve successfully used the system</p>

<p> Yes people, we know all that but we want to know how to get rid of love handles without all that hard work. Is it possible? </p>
<p> Yes it&#8217;s possible. You can continue on your junk food diet and lose your love handles but you are in for a huge amount of work.</p>
<p> The biggest hurdle you face is that while you exercise for love handles, you only rid yourself of yesterday’s fat. Today’s fat is making it&#8217;s way to love handle central.</p>
<p> If, and I say this carefully, you could reduce your intake of junk food you could also reduce the amount of exercise it takes to look great.</p>
<p> It&#8217;s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?</p>
<p> Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.</p>
<p> Let’s take side bends as an exercise for love handles. Continue on your junk food diet and do 200 side bends everyday <strong>just to maintain your love handles as they are</strong>. Or change your lifestyle and do 50 side bends to maintain <strong>no love handles at all</strong>.</p>
<p> As you can see from the example above, it&#8217;s a compromise. More garbage food will mean more exercise. Better food means less exercise.</p>
<p> As a lazy person myself I tend to eat as good as I possibly can so I can keep any exercise down to a minimum. I still exercise for my love handles but only to stop them re-appearing.</p>
<p> So there you have it, exercise for love handles will hurt if you have to do loads of them just to maintain your current love handles. It&#8217;s far less painful if you are prepared to adjust your lifestyle a bit.</p>

<p> I can say with confidence everyone can (if they want to) lose weight. It&#8217;s a matter of finding something that works for you, a system that you can lose weight with.</p>
<p> I used to think I couldn&#8217;t lose weight but with mother nature using some shock tactics on me, I realised it was all in my head.</p>
<p> I was always around fifteen pounds overweight and at twenty seven I was hit with type two diabetes. It was like being hit by a train.</p>
<p> I really don&#8217;t know the ins and outs of it but it shocked me there and then into taking this weight loss thing pretty seriously.</p>
<p> I love systems. Systems make things easier by breaking them down into manageable tasks. I thought weight loss shouldn’t be any different.</p>
<p> A system is like a recipe, follow it properly and get the same end result. The end result here for you is a body you&#8217;ve craved for a long while now.</p>
<p> Systems are everywhere. Giant fast food chains are built on systems, it&#8217;s easy to train teenagers with step by step systems. Why not use a system then in our weight loss battle?</p>
<p> I&#8217;ll admit now that I spent thousands on crap dieting products only to end up back where I started a few months later. I hope by showing you my path to success I can save you wasting the same money.</p>
<p> I eventually discovered a system that works great for me. I can plan my day, then simply follow the daily steps and know I&#8217;m on the right track.</p>
<p> My system has a computer generated meal planner that cuts the stress out of deciding what I can and can&#8217;t eat. I have portions that don&#8217;t leave me hungry, which is rather important to me!</p>
<p> You wouldn&#8217;t believe (or maybe you would) the stress it used to cause me just trying to work out what I could safely eat. Not any more! Push button planning for me, and I love it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I see my adult life as part one and part two. Although there is weight loss involved here it&#8217;s not why I see it in two parts.</p>
<p> In my case the before is (yes being overweight) before I was struck with diabetes. After is obviously the fall out after getting (and dealing with) it.</p>
<p> I knew I was carrying a bit of extra girth but I never thought 15 pounds or so was dangerously overweight for someone in my mid twenties.</p>
<p> I&#8217;d been on the diet merry go round many times but I lacked the motivation. Plus I&#8217;d brainwashed myself into thinking I <a target="_blank" href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info/can%27t_lose_weight.php?tid=manwiz">can&#8217;t lose weight</a>.</p>
<p> I had tried to lose the weight before and when I tried hard it took for ever to shift. If I stopped for a little while it come piling back on in double quick time.</p>
<p> Then came the bombshell of diabetes. I know it&#8217;s not the end of the world but at the time it really feels like it.</p>
<p> My health now depended on me to shift the fat and most importantly to un-brainwash myself and to not believe I can&#8217;t lose weight.</p>
<p> What on earth was I going to do? I always thought I can&#8217;t lose weight and that&#8217;s it. I find a system that worked and find it fast.</p>
<p> I figured I should go with something that suits me. I like things nice and orderly. I&#8217;m a bit OCD so I like to know I&#8217;ve ticked the boxes and I&#8217;m doing things right.</p>
<p> If my daily tasks were meals or a few exercises then I wanted a neat list of things I could tick off when I&#8217;m done. If I stick to the plan I must be doing it right.</p>
<p> I had differing levels of success with all manner of dieting systems and gizmos. Some quite expensive! I read plenty of books and lots of Ebooks.</p>
<p> I eventually discovered a neat little step by step system that has a computer generated diet planner, which importantly doesn&#8217;t restrict your portion sizes. It makes it so quick and easy to plan meals.</p>
<p> I mentioned earlier that I like to tick the boxes off when I&#8217;m doing something, well this system ticks all the boxes for me. Forgive the little joke there!</p>
<p> Still think you can&#8217;t <a target="_blank" href="http://www.diet.hasallthe.info?tid=manwiz">lose weight</a>? I can tell you from my experience that isn&#8217;t the case. Maybe like me you need a system that holds your hand and works for you. That system could be the same one I&#8217;m using, who knows?</p>
<p> You can check out a few things I&#8217;ve used and my current fav system in a few reviews I&#8217;ve put on my blog. You&#8217;ve got nothing to lose but weight!</p>
