Can’t Lose Weight? It Doesn’t Have To Be Like This
Really think you can’t lose weight? Any reasons why you think that you can’t shed a bit of flab? It’s a sad fact that most people firmly believe they can’t lose weight. That there’s a magical force stopping them from losing weight.
Realty is that deep down they don’t really wanna lose any weight. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Yet they will openly say they want to, but can’t seem to lose weight.
It’s no magical secret. Weight loss is a simple mathematical problem. Your body needs to use more calories than it takes in. If we eat more than we burn off we get fat. Period.
The other perspective is that you will lose weight if you burn off more than you eat. And herein lies the problem. Today’s average diet is so calorie laden it’s a joke. If you actually measured out the right amount of calorific intake that you should have each day you’ll give yourself a heart attack.
Let’s look at a simple example, side bends as an exercise for love handles. You can lose weight by doing these, lots of these. However, how many you have to do is hard to guess. You have to calculate how many calories you are burning to balance the scales.
It’s easy to consume a full days calories in one go. Honestly! Fast food carries a huge amount of blame. Even the non sweet stuff can be packed with sugar. Sugar makes you get hungry quicker after digestion.
Almost everything we eat gets changed into a simple form of sugar called glucose by the body. You can start to feel hungry again quite quickly after eating sugary foods as they get used up by the body very quickly. Is our western diet and its high sugar content a conspiracy to get us to eat more and more, and ultimately spend more and more?
The more food we eat, the more money we spend, the more big industry gets rich. Big business gets richer by the day with this simple formula. And the easiest way to get us eating more? Add sugar to everything we eat.
It’s a bit like in some bars. Free pretzels and peanuts get us eating salt, the salt makes us thirsty, we buy more drinks. To wrap things up you should lose weight if you eat less than you burn off. Can you achieve this without help? I very much doubt it as willpower these days pretty scarce.
What you need is a hand holding system to help you. A method that guarantees you lose weight if you stick to the plan all the way. If you’ve tried other methods and they’ve not worked, it’s maybe time you tried something with a new approach

Love Handle Exercises – Side Bends Won’t Work
There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Designed to sell you some crap diet or some pills.
The main suspect in the exercise for love handles niche is the side bend. You hold a walking stick or broom above your head and bend from side to side. Simple! Of course, they rarely work.
The fact they won’t work is that targeting one particular area to lose weight from is nigh on impossible. You’ll get a lot of know it alls telling you they do indeed work. They do work, but only if you do them with a whole all round system and not just “spot” training.
Doing side bends as part of an all round workout will definitely get you success. Couple the thorough workout with decent eating habits and you’ve cracked it. The fact is, to lose weight (or fat) you need to burn more energy than you consume.
To consume energy simply means to eat food. Burning energy means using it internally like a fuel, usually done by exercise. Exercise can be any form of activity that burns calories.
Any of these will do … Swimming, jogging, cycling, walking, and making love even! Any form of exercise is better than no form of exercise. The reason why people are getting fatter is they don’t burn off the calories that they eat.
You can do love handle exercises for ever and a day but ignore other areas and you will end up back at square one. If you hate the sound of exercise consider swimming. I go swimming a lot and it’s a great all round workout and it isn’t taxing on your joints. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.
I dislike jogging and the like. I see no reason to pay for a slim figure with wrecked knee joints. The guy who popularised jogging actually died while out jogging in a park somewhere. He was discovered by 2 smokers walking past. Irony eh?
If you are serious about your shape then you need to get yourself an all round system to follow. Not some new fangled diet that won’t work but a system that will work long term and is gentle enough for you to keep at it. Exercise For Love Handles – Does It Hurt Bad?
Exercise for love handles, is it painful? Depends on what you do. It doesn’t have to be painful.
Why we call those chubby lumps at our sides ‘love handles’ is a mystery to me. There’s not a lot to love about them.
Love handles are actually ‘oblique muscles’ or ‘obliques’, named for the fact they sit at an angle at our sides. Oblique actually means ‘at an angle’.
Now, most advice for anything in the fitness or weight loss niche will start with all the same crap of eat healthy, balanced diet and exercise.
Yes people, we know all that but we want to know how to get rid of love handles without all that hard work. Is it possible?
Yes it’s possible. You can continue on your junk food diet and lose your love handles but you are in for a huge amount of work.
The biggest hurdle you face is that while you exercise for love handles, you only rid yourself of yesterday’s fat. Today’s fat is making it’s way to love handle central.
If, and I say this carefully, you could reduce your intake of junk food you could also reduce the amount of exercise it takes to look great.
It’s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?
Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.
Let’s take side bends as an exercise for love handles. Continue on your junk food diet and do 200 side bends everyday just to maintain your love handles as they are. Or change your lifestyle and do 50 side bends to maintain no love handles at all.
As you can see from the example above, it’s a compromise. More garbage food will mean more exercise. Better food means less exercise.
As a lazy person myself I tend to eat as good as I possibly can so I can keep any exercise down to a minimum. I still exercise for my love handles but only to stop them re-appearing.
So there you have it, exercise for love handles will hurt if you have to do loads of them just to maintain your current love handles. It’s far less painful if you are prepared to adjust your lifestyle a bit.
Do you have what it takes? You might benefit from the step by step weight loss system that I follow every day. Read a review of that & more on my site. Nothing to lose but love handles!
