Love Handle Exercises – Side Bends Won’t Work
There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Designed to sell you some crap diet or some pills.
The main suspect in the exercise for love handles niche is the side bend. You hold a walking stick or broom above your head and bend from side to side. Simple! Of course, they rarely work.
The fact they won’t work is that targeting one particular area to lose weight from is nigh on impossible. You’ll get a lot of know it alls telling you they do indeed work. They do work, but only if you do them with a whole all round system and not just “spot” training.
Doing side bends as part of an all round workout will definitely get you success. Couple the thorough workout with decent eating habits and you’ve cracked it. The fact is, to lose weight (or fat) you need to burn more energy than you consume.
To consume energy simply means to eat food. Burning energy means using it internally like a fuel, usually done by exercise. Exercise can be any form of activity that burns calories.
Any of these will do … Swimming, jogging, cycling, walking, and making love even! Any form of exercise is better than no form of exercise. The reason why people are getting fatter is they don’t burn off the calories that they eat.
You can do love handle exercises for ever and a day but ignore other areas and you will end up back at square one. If you hate the sound of exercise consider swimming. I go swimming a lot and it’s a great all round workout and it isn’t taxing on your joints. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.
I dislike jogging and the like. I see no reason to pay for a slim figure with wrecked knee joints. The guy who popularised jogging actually died while out jogging in a park somewhere. He was discovered by 2 smokers walking past. Irony eh?
If you are serious about your shape then you need to get yourself an all round system to follow. Not some new fangled diet that won’t work but a system that will work long term and is gentle enough for you to keep at it. Read a review of the top five systems that are available today by following this link …
Can’t lose weight? Yes you can!

Exercise For Love Handles – Does It Hurt Bad?
Exercise for love handles, is it painful? Depends on what you do. It doesn’t have to be painful.
Why we call those chubby lumps at our sides ‘love handles’ is a mystery to me. There’s not a lot to love about them.
Love handles are actually ‘oblique muscles’ or ‘obliques’, named for the fact they sit at an angle at our sides. Oblique actually means ‘at an angle’.
Now, most advice for anything in the fitness or weight loss niche will start with all the same crap of eat healthy, balanced diet and exercise.
Yes people, we know all that but we want to know how to get rid of love handles without all that hard work. Is it possible?
Yes it’s possible. You can continue on your junk food diet and lose your love handles but you are in for a huge amount of work.
The biggest hurdle you face is that while you exercise for love handles, you only rid yourself of yesterday’s fat. Today’s fat is making it’s way to love handle central.
If, and I say this carefully, you could reduce your intake of junk food you could also reduce the amount of exercise it takes to look great.
It’s about compromise. How much do you really want to lose those love handles? Is it enough to make a change to your lifestyle?
Or will you choose to work much harder and still enjoy all the junk foods you do now. That one is up to you.
Let’s take side bends as an exercise for love handles. Continue on your junk food diet and do 200 side bends everyday just to maintain your love handles as they are. Or change your lifestyle and do 50 side bends to maintain no love handles at all.
As you can see from the example above, it’s a compromise. More garbage food will mean more exercise. Better food means less exercise.
As a lazy person myself I tend to eat as good as I possibly can so I can keep any exercise down to a minimum. I still exercise for my love handles but only to stop them re-appearing.
So there you have it, exercise for love handles will hurt if you have to do loads of them just to maintain your current love handles. It’s far less painful if you are prepared to adjust your lifestyle a bit.
Do you have what it takes? You might benefit from the step by step weight loss system that I follow every day. Read a review of that & more on my site. Nothing to lose but love handles!

If You Can’t Lose Weight – A Step By Step System Can Help
If you’ve been fighting a losing (weight) battle you may be starting to think there’s something else to it and you just can’t lose weight.
I can say with confidence everyone can (if they want to) lose weight. It’s a matter of finding something that works for you, a system that you can lose weight with.
I used to think I couldn’t lose weight but with mother nature using some shock tactics on me, I realised it was all in my head.
I was always around fifteen pounds overweight and at twenty seven I was hit with type two diabetes. It was like being hit by a train.
I really don’t know the ins and outs of it but it shocked me there and then into taking this weight loss thing pretty seriously.
I love systems. Systems make things easier by breaking them down into manageable tasks. I thought weight loss shouldn’t be any different.
A system is like a recipe, follow it properly and get the same end result. The end result here for you is a body you’ve craved for a long while now.
Systems are everywhere. Giant fast food chains are built on systems, it’s easy to train teenagers with step by step systems. Why not use a system then in our weight loss battle?
I’ll admit now that I spent thousands on crap dieting products only to end up back where I started a few months later. I hope by showing you my path to success I can save you wasting the same money.
I eventually discovered a system that works great for me. I can plan my day, then simply follow the daily steps and know I’m on the right track.
My system has a computer generated meal planner that cuts the stress out of deciding what I can and can’t eat. I have portions that don’t leave me hungry, which is rather important to me!
You wouldn’t believe (or maybe you would) the stress it used to cause me just trying to work out what I could safely eat. Not any more! Push button planning for me, and I love it.
Still thinking you can’t lose weight? You will lose that stubborn flab with a system that holds your hand all the way. It’s guaranteed to do so.

I Always Believed I Can’t Lose Weight – I Don’t Any More
I see my adult life as part one and part two. Although there is weight loss involved here it’s not why I see it in two parts.
In my case the before is (yes being overweight) before I was struck with diabetes. After is obviously the fall out after getting (and dealing with) it.
I knew I was carrying a bit of extra girth but I never thought 15 pounds or so was dangerously overweight for someone in my mid twenties.
I’d been on the diet merry go round many times but I lacked the motivation. Plus I’d brainwashed myself into thinking I can’t lose weight.
I had tried to lose the weight before and when I tried hard it took for ever to shift. If I stopped for a little while it come piling back on in double quick time.
Then came the bombshell of diabetes. I know it’s not the end of the world but at the time it really feels like it.
My health now depended on me to shift the fat and most importantly to un-brainwash myself and to not believe I can’t lose weight.
What on earth was I going to do? I always thought I can’t lose weight and that’s it. I find a system that worked and find it fast.
I figured I should go with something that suits me. I like things nice and orderly. I’m a bit OCD so I like to know I’ve ticked the boxes and I’m doing things right.
If my daily tasks were meals or a few exercises then I wanted a neat list of things I could tick off when I’m done. If I stick to the plan I must be doing it right.
I had differing levels of success with all manner of dieting systems and gizmos. Some quite expensive! I read plenty of books and lots of Ebooks.
I eventually discovered a neat little step by step system that has a computer generated diet planner, which importantly doesn’t restrict your portion sizes. It makes it so quick and easy to plan meals.
I mentioned earlier that I like to tick the boxes off when I’m doing something, well this system ticks all the boxes for me. Forgive the little joke there!
Still think you can’t lose weight? I can tell you from my experience that isn’t the case. Maybe like me you need a system that holds your hand and works for you. That system could be the same one I’m using, who knows?
You can check out a few things I’ve used and my current fav system in a few reviews I’ve put on my blog. You’ve got nothing to lose but weight!

Those Who Think They Can’t Lose Weight, Time For A Rethink
Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.
I used to firmly believe I can’t lose weight and would always be overweight. But, I was proven wrong in the end.
I used to go up and down like a lift with my weight. It was mostly ups though. I was then hit by a sudden illness, age onset diabetes.
I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.
I was now diabetic and I was only twenty seven years old. How the hell did I get old peoples diabetes?
Time to do something about my weight properly this time. No half hearted attempts to lose a few pounds. I had to change my way of thinking on this one.
I had tried most diets and dieting gimmicks that came out over the years. Cripes some of them cost a fortune. I look back and am ashamed to admit just how much I wasted on crap diets.
I ended up using a step by step system that allows me to plan ahead. I can plan my meals and thankfully I don’t have to ration them.
My system has an online diet generator that really takes the stress out of planning my meals. What’s worse than trying to work out just what you can and can’t eat safely?
I was a chocolate victim. I ate far too much of it which is probably my number one reason for being overweight. Because of the diabetes the chocolate stopped overnight. To be honest I hardly miss it now.
It might be time for you to take a fresh look at things. If you’re anything like I used to be and think you can’t lose weight, now is the time start believing you can.
Make the decision and you will not regret it. In the future you can look back and probably be embarrassed at how you believed you can’t lose weight.
I’m a bit of an obsessive and I like to tick the boxes every day to know I’m doing the right things. If you are like me and like a system to follow then you could do worse than following in my footsteps.
If you want to check out some of the methods I used, including my fav lose weight system there are reviews on my site. Losing weight’s like riding a bike. Learn it properly and you’ll never forget.

Can’t Lose Weight? Time To Think Again
Can’t lose weight? Join the club, there’s an awful lot of members. It’s time to think again if you believe you can’t lose weight.A system with step by step daily tasks is all you need to start losing weight.
Two simple rules to losing weight are exercise more while eating less. The problem with those two sentences is they don’t go into the specifics. We need a system, something we can follow to the letter every day.
With a proven weight loss system, things start to get easier for us.We can be certain we are doing it right every day because we are following the system. On our own we don’t follow rules and stray from what we should do.
When we try to go it alone we end up getting nowhere fast. Usually worse than when we started. With a daily set of steps or rules we can follow we have the ability to know 100% we are doing it right.A daily task list becomes second nature as you follow and tick off the things you need to do.
Following a proven system every day should result in the goal that you seek, that’s long term weight loss.Doing this (following rules) every day is probably the hardest part.We can help ourselves though by recognising some of the reasons why we might fail.
If we can teach ourselves about a subject, pretty soon that subject becomes much easier to us.Weight loss is no different. If you can’t lose weight then you may simply be lacking the correct knowledge. Here are a handful of reasons that may be why you can’t lose weight; you may be surprised at some.
Don’t be too hard, or too easy on yourselfIf you’ve set out to lose weight with a system, be prepared to follow through. If it says 20 sit ups then do 20 sit ups. On the same subject don’t over do it though. Last thing you want is to hurt yourself. Just stick to the system, no more no less.
Water water everywhere. We all know lack of water can quickly kill you, we should be aware that too much water can also kill. It’s still important to drink plenty when on a weight loss regime, but it’s far more important to get the balance right. You should not drink too much that you feel bloated, this will be no good. I like to drink little and often, it works for me. It might work for you also.
Motivation, it’s as important as the air you breathe. What more do you need to keep you motivated than the image of a slimmer, almost perfect you. You will be fitter. You’ll feel far better with your self image. You’ll be brimming with rediscovered confidence. Oh, and you may get more sex! What other reason do you need?
Are you eating enough? An odd one but eating too little causes your body to go into starvation mode and actually store fat. Your body doesn’t know where its next meal is coming from so hoards the food it does get. Then any normal meals you eat are also stored as your body is now confused.
There are a lot of reasons you might think you can’t lose weight.Get hold of a system that you can follow every day and you will see huge benefits. You increase your chances of getting to where you want to be with a step by step system.

The Day Off Diet Program Is The Best Way To Build Lean Muscle
You may be surprised to learn that The Day Off Diet Program is actually the best way to build muscle. After all, what could “The Day Off Diet” have to do with strength training? While it’s true that what you eat does actually play a role in your strength training, with this program it goes further than that. The main reason why this program is so great for building muscle is that it includes a free strength training guide that in my opinion is better than any of the other guides out there (that may charge $100 or more!)
Even if you decide not to follow the diet (and if your body fat percentage is already as low as you want it to be then it’s not necessary) you will still get your money’s worth (and then some) with the strength training guide. So what is it that makes this muscle building guide so special? In short the methods it describes will allow you to build more muscle in less time. If you enjoy spending hours in the gym working out then you can go ahead and stop reading now. But if you are someone who wants to get the biggest results in the least amount of time then this is perfect for you.
Most strength training regimens have people lifting too often with too many reps with weights that are not heavy enough. The key to building muscle is not tiring yourself out by doing 50 reps but instead it’s by pushing your muscle past the “breaking point” by lifting the most weight that you possibly can. You only build your muscle when your muscle is stretched to the breaking point. You don’t want to just waste your time.
If you decide that you don’t want to go with The Day Off Diet system then you may also want to look at 7 Minute Muscle and/or No Nonsense Muscle Building. While I personally recommend The Day Off Diet both for weight loss and for muscle building, it is important that you find the right system for you.
Also, you should note that The Day Off Diet program is totally satisfaction guaranteed with a 60 day full money back refund period so there’s no reason for you not to try it out.

Review of Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Plan
Jillian Michaels is one of the most famous personal trainers in the business today. The Biggest Loser has catapulted her to the top of the line in the fitness industry, and her workouts have received top billing. After watching Michaels help people shed weight on television, people want to see if she can work the same magic on them. When she came out with the Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program, we decided to review it in order to see if it lived up to the hype.
First, it is important to note this plan is not about magic. Weight will not quickly disappear from followers of the plan. Instead, it focuses on making life changes. With a focus on food and exercise, it teaches people the foods to eat and the workouts to use in order to lose weight.
It also focuses on dealing with triggers and other things that might cause you to gain weight. The plan works to have a comprehensive approach to weight loss. The comprehensive approach focuses on more than food and workouts. People have to be willing to invest some extra time into the process.
We looked around and saw quite a few people who have used the plan. We found people can get results, but it focuses on common sense and not quick and easy results. It is going to take hard work and effort in order to lose weight this way. Also, it deals with a lot of the emotional issues, so people who just want to hit the gym might get a little frustrated.
This is an effective plan for those who want to have support with their weight loss, as well as those who are looking for a long term solution. The people who had the most success with this program were the people who were looking for a new way of life. You can also check out in-depth Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program review to help you decide if this program is right for you.
