First a 1 pound weight was used moving up to five pounds. At first the arm when raised to the right side wouldn’t move too high. With progress, within just some months he was able to lift his arms up to his shoulder height with the dumbbells. From there, it wasn’t long after and the shoulders were back to normal after the horrifying accident.
Building muscles are vital to maintain a good natural health, only if applying it correctly because a torn rotator cuff could be hard to work at. With the wounded shoulders, it was his inducement and heart that keeps him going on and fighting until the day it all became better again. To become healthy and or fit, one must exercise thru their own will and power of desire.
